Returns / Exchange Policy
Each item goes into production within 3 days that the order is placed. Please double check sizing and color options prior to checking out. We accept returns for exchanges on all items that may have been damaged in shipment within 5 business days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original quality with tags.
What is the return or exchange process ?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached along with a shipping tracking number as reference.
- All returned items MUST be unworn, unwashed and must not show any sign of use. If so, they will be rejected and a refund will not be issued.
- Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed. Once your payment has been refunded, you will receive an email notification.
- Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service when returning your order. Please ensure that you keep tracking numbers. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please work with your local Post Office with the tracking number for assistance.
